Quick and Easy Barbeque Pulled Chicken Sandwiches
Tonight I needed to make something quick and easy for my family for dinner, something that was both tasty and kid-friendly. I recently went out to lunch and my friend ordered a pulled chicken sandwich that looked delicious. Here’s my take on that sandwich.
De-bone a rotisserie chicken and place both the white and dark meet into a sauce pan. As you de-bone the chicken, be sure to shred the meat. Pour the barbeque sauce over the meat, stir, and heat both over medium heat until warm. Serve the pulled chicken on the soft rolls. Consider topping the sandwich with coleslaw.
